We are not structured as a typical fund; instead, we allow our network of investors to participate on a deal-by-deal basis. This approach helps us align incentives by offering ownership or profit-sharing opportunities to the teams building and running our portfolio companies. It’s a cornerstone of our “win-win” philosophy and illustrates what we call the Third Wave of Private Equity.
Founded in 2025, our current holdings predominantly include public companies in the circular economy space—part of our push to create a “Circular 500.” We’re also actively incubating new ventures using lean startup principles and rapid prototyping. Additionally, we’re seeking small businesses to acquire from retiring owners, allowing them to see their life’s work preserved and grown.
